Huh, I guess you could really say it's everyone's fault for Era losing its charm.
Changes in development, the map, additions such as the Multiplex and Arcade, old shops taken away, changes in Staff over time, and honestly the age of players using Graal has dropped, so it's almost like playing with a younger sibling.
Nowadays, players seem to enjoy trading and digging more than basing, but there's not really anything soluble for that, they're obligated to do what they'd like.
Player-Staff trust has ultimately depleted due to rumors and mischievous views on both ends.
Player-Staff interaction is a work in progress now, but had you asked a few months ago, I'd say it's non-existent.
Personally, I think this game is improving slowly, I know I actually want to play and enjoy playing much more than I did last year. The continuing/upcoming changes and events are something to look forward to.
