Joshua followed the Toonslab route and got his account (email) changed, so I'd also advise you to do the same and wait patiently. There's a ton of tickets that need to be reviewed, investigated etc.

Not really, I got my ticket answered in 8 hours, I think the system is automated because I sent a ticket complaining about my account being hacked.

I did it twice, with different words and got 2 same replies 2 times, same words.

Anything new? I had the same issue with my brother and we got the first email right away but the transfering email hasn't came for a few days now.
