Its not hacking nor is it lag.

It must be a glitch in the game itself because the far he can get is to use cheat engine to change the 50 HP value to something else, but its hard because if the hacker searches 50, a lot of values will come up in the result.

i dont think you can do that.. in iFile for example you could change visuals for you but nothing else.. well for example back in the day i changed the look of my kiwi knife into a saber but that only shows up for me nobody else so i dont think you could play with the codes cuz they're on a server
