It depends on gang align. Majority red will cover red, blue cover blue.
So what's the question?
*genius idea* Make the cop zone a base, and THEN, so that the Start zone isn't left out, put a random flag in the middle of the start ;D

How's cop zone to close to pirate zone? The other zones are all close together as far as I can tell.
Not really that 'close'. Lethal isn't close to bh, mafia isn't close to bbz.
Tachi isn't close to bbz nor gz.
Emines is the odd one out.

I fear that area is too huge and may take away certain houses and places where it's still in-use.
I think 8 bases are enough in era. Their already planning on Halloween and new towns.
