    Not really, The GFX HQ used to be like arte back then, but then, arte came out, now its barely used, because only player made hats would make it to GFX HQ, same with arte, just arte is better.

    In a way, yes, but the GFX HQ was used for monthly contest, aka Pixel Academy or something, but didn't last long.

    new hat shops was added (tricky's hat shop) and others might be added in the future but not at that place probably
