It might have been buffed. I don't have it, so I wouldn't know. But it seems like it might have been, or in Tag Team spar you might have just lagged so it seemed better. There are different possibilities of what happened.

Hit timer was removed from inside basing so shipka is amazing now, maybe it has the same effect in a event?
