The best basing gun under 100k in my opinion would have to be the m4 or default rifle. I understand they are good for sparring as well, but if you can spar well with either gun, you can base well with either gun.

M4 don't listen to the people that say the M4 isn't good. Once you learn how to use it correctly, it's one heck of a gun. Plus if you eventually go to spar, it's a really good gun to use. It's an all around gun I completely recommend getting it. This is coming from someone that has had and used the M4 since 2012.
