Yes, animations are allowed as long as they aren't exaggerated a lot and they should follow the upload rules (for heads and bodies)

I don't think they have a deadline, they are probably waiting until they gather a handful of approved shops and release them all together rather than 1 by 1 and then repeat. But idk lol
