Status code "Missing frames"

Hey all,

when trying to upload this image I've made for someone, he tells me that it gets denied every time because of "Missing frames"

Could anyone help me out?



the image is of standard 152x80 resolution

Are you uploading it as a shield?

If so it was probably declined because the upload breaks some of the shield upload rules as it covers over half the character and the admin approveing uploads at the time just put the reason as missing frames. See photos attatched of your image as viewed from the customs viewer

the traditional way to upload a status code is to upload it as a shield, however it is no longer allowed
