I have like 3 accounts and my time never resets, and admins don't select how long your jail is, it progressively gets higher the more you get jailed, so for a vulgarity jail to be at 19 hours, it means you've been jailed 16 times. As it starts at 3 hours.

Happened to a friend of mine, did jail time once for 11h and timer was reset again. 22h in jail for saying something that was a typos 😄.

It's a glitch and it hasn't been fixed yet .
You have to reset your phone and change your wifi or play on 3G.

Yeah, you got jailed for vulgarity 1 time. It must be just a glitch that can be fixed.
