graal jail system

i’m pretty sure the jail is broken in graal, because a few days ago I used profanity but not towards anyone and i got jailed for 19 hours, which I think is a little too extra since people are out here being racist and getting jailed for 5 hours. anyways, i did my time 2 days ago and then the time reset back to 19 hours so i thought it was just a regular glitch and didnt worry much, but today i did the time again and it actually reset back to 19 hours, so im pretty sure its going to keep doing this and nobody is helping, admins nor toonslab and they didnt reply to any of my tickets so please dont be the one guy who brings up “submit a ticket” , i just want some suggestions on what to do because im just really confused and annoyed.IMG_0669.JPGIMG_0671.JPGIMG_0702.JPG

Try unistalling then reinstalling if it doesnt work go on a device and make a account and pm a admin thats online

yeah i reinstalled it, and i pmed an admin and half the time they dont answer or say “submit a ticket” and when i say i did they stop answering :/

I think a few staff like Vendhin or Anero (not sure) explained why that happens. Try looking for the answer on similar threads.
