If they can't even tell you the reasons, I can see how corrupt the staff team is now. A lot of favoritism going on.

I understand confidentiality of the report and all but PRA should have at least gave me details of how I've specifically acted my behavior. Because I seriously have never shown any of that kind of conduct in the staff team. I was just given generalized info "Got removed for having a bad conduct/behavior."
