I have eye balls, they count as round glasses cuz they help you see

As Wrex said there's a free glasses hat somewhere. That is located at Graphics Headquarters (Gfx HQ) in South, I don't remember the actual location of it inside the building. But it was somewhere near the bookshelf room, and you had to go to corner of the room to enter it.

Another option could possibly be that you request someone that's working on an Arte shop to create a pair of glasses for you. Or perhaps ask someone to create a shield as Josh mentioned earlier.

If you're looking for some other type of glasses hats, I believe there was this shop northern side of Water Park. Which sold a variety of different pair of glasses.

There's a secret place down at southridge. Try exploring around the bottom of the map. It's inside a building but I can't remember. It's rectangular glasses though
