Copied Anero's head

I was in start when I thought I saw Anero but it wasent it was someone by the name of PlayBoy who edited his head he isn't impersonating he states in his Status but Anero replied with "good to know how PRs do their job" with 3 or 4 pictures of their argument I meet play boy then he argues that his head is different then Kierrean enters in and states the head is slightly edited here is my argument with him

Selth:Can you refund the head?
PlayBoy:Sure if I get 100% refund
Selth:you can't get refunds over 50
PlayBoy:then why did (not saying the PRs Name) give me 100% on my other Anero head
Selth:then (not saying the PR name) got permission
PlayBoy:then why was it accepted
Selth:idk the PR made a mistake and did their job wrong
PlayBoy:Then I'll get a 100% since the PR made a mistake
Selth:you don't know that you know nothing of a PRs job
PlayBoy:I've been here since 2012

I saw him too lol he acted like he was known and can do anything even though he says he's not staff and he just bragged how hes from 2012 but I have never seen this person once since I've played iEra

Even. Former staff heads are still protected by that rule for the simple reason that some player might use the former staff identity to scam players. Whoever accepted that head and refunded for full, didn't do his job properly.

This. It's still not refunded, however - I've now contacted Junz about it.
