Why Haven't I Been Hire?

Do not worry, this is not a thread complaining about why i havent been chosen as a staff member, but the fact that i havent been told the reasons why i have not been selected has been bothering my mind lately. It's not like i praise myself about being the perfect candidate, but i believe I have a few points on my favor regarding the position. I believe it is necessary for those who haven't been selected to be notified the reason why. Thanks

Yea it be notified because it shows some points that need to be fixed up. There should be a thread saying why they chose the staff members, it also shows that it isn't favouritism.
