Dude, Think about what you are asking.
You can't blow away winds moving 100mph.
There's no fan big enough and strong enough to "blow away the winds".
If that was the case, You could effectively prevent rainfall and control the weather.
You'd sorta be playing God.

It's a yearly thing here in florida doesn't effect me last year was just alot of rain and wind. Also florida had a hailstorm once very rare.
