    Are see through uploads allowed?

    I could have sworn any uploads that were semi-transparent(see through) were not allowed. Was I wrong or does Graal Zodiac not stand by this rule? Because earlier I saw guy on Zod with semi transparent uploads.

    I believe you're right, they are not allowed. Sometimes though, admins (specially if they are new) will allow the upload for some reason.
