"The plugin is not authorized to play"

Running on a mac platform trying to play iera through the website "era.graalonline.com"

NPAPI and PPAPI plug in versions are all up to date

Allowing all sites permission to use flash

And I still get the "The plugin is not authorized to play" error when the page is loading, any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Check the Package ID/Bundle ID in Player Settings and make sure it matches with the application's authorizations. Also, welcome to Forums!

Click on the Player Setting section. Then go to the Games section and click on the Linked application authorizations.
