Where can I find the list of "higher" staff and admins that I can contact?

Actually.. They always respond .
I kinda prefer those new high-staff members , compared to the old ones tbh . just a personal opinion , please don't kill me k ?
Take tris as an example , it would take him 4 minutes MAX to answer a Pm , and he'd go answering every single question of yours until you find an answer/solution.
Same goes with cally,casey,junz etc..
