Update The Heads in My Shop

Hi, sorry to be so random but I was just noticing these heads never got fixed in my shop and they look whacky.

These are the correct files. I emailed them to SNK on 1/6/16 lol...

The blink is far too fast, try slowing it down and do the blink 1 row of pixels at a time. It looks like it skips 2 rows each time for a blink that's far too fast

It isn't blinking too fast, it just has different frames per millisecond on each frame.
