I kinda prefer those new high-staff members , compared to the old ones tbh . just a personal opinion , please don't kill me k ?
Take tris as an example , it would take him 4 minutes MAX to answer a Pm , and he'd go answering every single question of yours until you find an answer/solution.
Same goes with cally,casey,junz etc..

Yeah, my experience has been the complete opposite. The older higher-up staff I found to be a lot more helpful than the current ones.
