Why Wasn't This Approved?

Don't know where else to put this, cause, I mean, it is a question.
I made a custom head, and it got dissapproved for having "too many frames." It said limit to 150 or less, but it only had 27...

It's not even ON the eyes.

It's not a mask... or sunglasses... it IS the eyes.

This is an automatic response. It sometimes happens to me whenever I upload a gif head as well. Just try and upload the head every few hours until it works.

It's also illegal but that's not why it's getting automatically rejected. Your flame upload can't touch the hair and be bigger than normal eyes.

Too many frames means the animation took too long to finish. It gives you about 150ms, this reason is automatic denial by the server.

First of all, as someone who is both mentally challenged and deficient, I reserve every right to use the word "retarded," thank you.
I'm not calling anyone specifically retarded. If it offends you, well, it doesn't offend me. So. Shouldn't offend you! (I still hope you're joshing me.)

And. I didn't think it was too big, it just... is a head, that, apparently doesn't fit the rules. I still am getting the frame thing anyways, though, I've shortened it a butt ton.
