Hi there jimmy!
First i would like to address colors, i would strongly suggest that you use darker colors for both grey and green, and also try practicing your shading with them. I see that you're using way too many colors for the gray palette. Reduce them to at most 4 and try to do likewise with the green. It usually goes like this. Base, highlight, shade. Sometimes you can lower the shade color from your base and darken it a little more and you get an outline. I can see you're implementing your own shaping which is good. Never limit yourself to graal pixel art only. I strongly recommend you try doing other things, like real life images, or landscapes, it helps you improve so much. Good luck pixeling!.
