Too much work & effort goes into maintaining your account and applying for PR. it just depends on how good your application is & your jail/warns record. Even if you have a clean record and fairly good application chances are low that you could get hired, since a lot of people apply and only a team of few PRA go through all of them, and pick a few people to serve the community. Just stay in school kids lol.

NA currently has enough PRs, they don't need more. EU hirings are now closed, and finally, AU hirings are being done using the old pool of applications that were obtained a couple months back + using recommendations.
So in other words, it's unlikely that asking for an in-game app via pm will achieve much, however there's no harm in trying once.
The best thing to do is to pm politely asking Cally once if she could consider sending you an application / asking her about more info. If she doesn't respond / doesn't seem interested, then wait until AU opens hirings via era-go in the future.
