How does Gun Pricing Works?
What are the criteria that make a gun worth its price?
Are gun prices merely peoples perception on what they are worth & there isn't really anything objective about it?
Do you think there are certain guns that are too good for their price?

The criteria that makes the gun worth it's price is mainly the gun's statistics. The freeze rate, the fire rate, the damage and the clip size determines the price of a gun.

These 2 are basically the same except PDW SD boast a faster firerate 0.045 & reload by 0.1.
In exchange for this Souizen/ FMG9/ BAG has 0.05 less freeze.
Does that mean if BAG was sold in shops it would be priced the same as PDW SD?

This gun FAMAS is also the same as Souizen/ FMG9/ BAG except it has 0.05 more freeze but in exchange it has bigger clip by 4 with a faster reload by 0.07.
I''m really confused as to how these pricing works.
Like in the case of BAG vs PDW SD, it doesn''t seem like one is better than the other but more like a preferential adjustment & neither is better than the other but cost wise BAG cost upwards of $100k.
Whats worth more low freeze or faster firerate & faster reload?
Like if I was to blind tested you to price these guns based on its stats would you still price them the same as they are now?

I understand your point and some guns do seem 'incorrectly' priced for their stats.
BUT Souizen and FAMAS are very different and Souizen clearly is superior and deserves to be priced higher. Souizen has way lower freeze than FAMAS, in term of these stats even a 0.05 makes a big difference. In exchange, FAMAS has what? 4 more bullets in its clip? 4 bullets are nothing in importance when compared to such a difference in Freeze. And secondly Reload matters but still many 'good guns' with lower freeze are normally given a bad reload to make it a bit balanced. So yeah depending on the difference between ammo capacity, freeze and reload, in MOST cases the Freeze > Reload/Ammo.
If I was blind tested to price FAMAS and Souizen with current stats, I don't know what I would exactly price but yes Souizen would cost a good amount more than FAMAS.
The ROF and Freeze comparison of PDW and Souizen is a slightly better example to your point of 'incorrect pricing' because PDW is much faster than Souizen right now but Souizen has much lower freeze.
We know in the big "Overhaul of Stats" what happened was most guns were given a similar ROF, for instance, BAR, M4, GM4, Morano Thompson, Souizen even Metalstorm, they all have don't have alot of difference in ROF, some of these guns even have exactly same ROF. But their Freeze is where the major difference is seen, guns which cost more have lower freeze.
Now I don't know for sure but what I think has happened is that Bitzsam started nerfing from the most top tier guns and so all those guns have similar ROF but some middle tier guns like PDW, Ak74u, Default Rifle etc still haven't been touched so now apparently they are faster than top-tier guns but I think or hope atleast that Bitzsam would touch all these guns to make sense of his point of skill based no spam overhaul.

I didn't know this was a formal setting and perfect grammar was a necessity. I'll be sure to keep that in mind. I digress, Bitzsam makes terrible decisions regarding weapon changes.

So GM4 a gun which has about 0.01 less freeze & 0.025 more spread is worth more than double the the price of UMP45 whose firerate is faster by 0.0175? GM4 also has a longer reload time by 0.15
So the price of 0.01 less freeze is $100k+?
Help me out guys I'm baffled by this.
Am I the only one whose shocked by how outrageous the prices are?
