Urgent Situation

This post is towards staff members.
My account has been randomly revoked. No verification or etc are in my inbox, I go on and it says I've been revoked, when I attempt to login through email, it says there are no accounts for the email. I have my Graal ID and the email it was associated with. I've done nothing wrong enough to get myself reset or etc. I was just randomly revoked, account goes missing?

I have information about the account if needed.

Issue has not been resolved. The account is still unlinked from my email. It shows I was online 5 hours ago because that was when I last logged on before i got revoked. The account is currently connected to no email account.

All I need to do is link my email account back to my account.

Same thing happened to Jinx last month. Still nothing has happened. PLEASE HELP THESE PEOPLE.

I am positive that my email is correct. I checked my old email just incase.
I'm still waiting for junz/toonslab to fix this issue.
I have not given access to anybody to the account. Never gave my email out aswell.

None of them play Graal. Only me.
I'm not jailed or anything, my email is just unlinked from my account meaning that there is no email for my main account.
When I try to verify, I type in my email that I use to login to that account but apparently there is no account created for the email yet.

I'm out of ideas then. It could be a admin who's doing this or it's just a bug. Just a guess though

I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be an admin, I haven't done anything wrong. It could possibly be a bug.
