You can make the starter pistol your best gun. All depends on your skill with ANY gun really. Know the spread and freeze, have them memorized, and soon it'll become muscle memory. As long as you practice with a gun long enough, you can make it YOUR best gun.

Bar doesn't have "best stats", not even close to best stats actually. Only thing it has is 1 higher dmg than most guns of it's level.

The Browning Automatic Rifle used to be the best gun in the game. Now, it's just the most expensive gun in the game.

Our opinions matter more then just the stats. A gun could have amazing stats but isn't the best for a certain situation; therefore, opinions matter as well.
