There wasn't, i just added that rule.
Because someone aka you decided to submit literally 75 furniture and 184 hats.
I like the enthusiasm but that'd be insanely time consuming for just one shop.

Just an info, Royalty and Wasabi had around 50 items. Raise the item maxium to 50 maybe?

That is a lot though, I guess they just don't want the major effort of running through every single hat, especially when there is some hats in Arte that are simply never used.
