It is said that no edits and if I break the rule i get banned from all contests forever, but what i edit another hat and it does not look the same as the original, i mean i used the first one as a template, could i upload it or i get banned?

I feel like this would still be an edit, unless you're using a template of course. I would just try and not use other hats as templates, because it may end up looking too much like the original (like it follows outline).

Just try and use the noob template (it helps guiding you to where the hat frames should be placed and how big the hat can be).

I have been waiting for the last 2 days 0.o We already made 3 more hats and don’t even know if we are worthy to be granted such an honor to place a shop in Arte... Your hell is starting when you post application ) goodluck ))
