Try by re-installing the game.
I tried re-installing the game already as I also submitted a ticket, but it will take too long until they reply to me and I wont be able to crypt

No, I also crash when doing crypt on my iPhone 7 plus.
When I switch to the computer and played the RPG mode, same things happen. I kept crashing, at random times too.
This was a problem for last year too, it's quite obvious they won't fix it for this year too.
