Need help with a Head

The admins couldn't accept my head because of the gif on the hair. I have no clue to taking it out. I've asked couple of my friends but they are unable to remove it.

Can anyone take out this gif from the head please?

Try by saving the file as .gif because the custom contains a gif frame.

Now you will have to save the head. There should appear an option called 'save as'. Click on that and save the head into a file. Once you have done this process, you will be able to upload the actual head. Here is the link= http://eraupload.graalonline.com/submit.html

If you want to remove the hair gif, everything has to be done layer by layer. If it's a transparency issue, there is either pure wite (#FFFFFF) or pure black (#000000). I can help you to remove the hair gif and fix the transparency issue if you want.

I removed it now. There shouldn't be any transparency problem (There wasn't even any)

I hope your right. My friends say it's mostly because it has masks or the hair is covering the face
