Does the application just freeze?
I have no problems with Graal era on Gameroom running Windows 10.

Is your operating system installed on a SSD? Is there enough disk space on your system driver? If this is not the case of the current problem, I recommend you to re-install the application.
it doesnt do anything just sticks to the loading screen
Are other games loading fine on your Gameroom? Is Gameroom itself the problem or it's just Graal that's not loading?
You can try changing your flash player's version to something that Gameroom uses :
Goto https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/
Select Windows 10 and choose the version "FP 27 for Opera and Chromium -PPAPI"
You don't necessarily need to have Opera or Chromium browser, just download that Flash version and re run your Gameroom. The Gameroom sometimes keeps running in the back when we think we have already closed it. So update Flash and then use Task Manager to 'End Process' Gameroom so it won't be left running in the back. After that open Gameroom again and see if it works.

Ah then it is unlikely for the above to fix it. But it wouldn't hurt to try, I would still say try updating your Flash the way I said above.Originally Posted by Performance
My Gameroom sometimes takes too long to load Graal or at times doesn't load at all. But refreshing the page once usually fixes it for me :/
