Unfortunately it is just a scam. Staff members have real profiles and gold names. Staff members would also never ask for your e-mail and especially never ask for any items to be traded to us. We will continue to announce reminders in game to raise awareness.

Your account is your responsibility, and you must know what a PR Admin is, admins won't just let a new player become an admin, you should've seen that coming , admins also have a red color on their name font when they send you a pm, and also, if you had the time before he identified to your account, you should've revoked his access, Nobody can help you here, and why in the world would you give away your account? Since you have a skateboard tp and much tro, that means you traded more than once before, so that means you could've read the two most important pm on trades, and thats the thing that said never give your account to another person, its 9/10 chance that its a scam, Nobody can ban this guy, your on your own, admins cannot help you

Tristan, even if you try to make more reminders to raise people's awareness, it still won't work if the player him/herself does not know how to read the warning, for example this guy, since he said he has a skate tp and 1k tro that means he has been from trades before, on the trades when a player comes in, there will be a warning to not give his account information, since he is very rash and doesn't care about the warnings in era, this is what happened.Originally Posted by tristanfosho

Believe it or not, scamming is actually legal. Impersonating admins isn't legal.
The only reason scamming is legal, is because too many people are too careless to fall for it that staff would have to be dealing with it all day. (With scamming taking longer to follow up as it requires proof/ checking logs/ pm history). Doesn't mean staff condone it

Dropping wasn't removed because of scamming it was removed because of a duplication glitch. It will never be readded for the fear that another way to abuse the glitch would be found which would then potentially destroy the item economy. Only reason it didn't happen the first time was because it was reported when it was found
When you look at the players side. It's about getting scammed. I didn't know about the duplication glitch though
