The auctions are held every 2-3 weeks approximately, at the auction house. An admin sets the timer, and you basically just bid on the item and whoever gets the bid when the timer ends, buys the item. You, a player, cannot see the timer.

The Raffica usually goes for around 225k-250k for one raffica.

When you're in Era, press on the map icon, then the "search" button, then type "auction" and it will show up on your map.

Also, Rafficas aren't held EVERY auction, so just be aware of that.
