I'm thinking of making a fun gang. I've already got the stuff sort out but all I need is ideas. I'm thinking of making a chill gang. So I need to make the gang fun and entertaining as possible so the players won't leave. Any fun activities/games are there to entertain 5-15 people.

Meh people don't got time for activities, if you rec the right people then everything should be fine.
I had an old friend that owned this gang called "Era events inc." it failed like a year after I joined. So maybe you can try it out, what the gang did was that they would build events and host them in their houses. If you do decide to do it good luck!
