Question about jailing + lack of support for players?

Ok. So I was jailed. After completing my jail time, I was in a McDonalds. It got to 0 and rejailed me! What is going on?

I went to support and also emailed era@graalonline for help and they ignored.. How do I contact specific admins?

I submitted many tickets over a period of time, and none got responses. Can someone help?

It's likely the jail loop glitch unless you were on McD's WiFi, which could mean someone else on there also got jailed and you also did via IP (but that would be highly coincidental).
Since you already sent a ticket, I suggest also contacting a PRA or SPR via private messages on here, or on another platform such as Discord.
