Urgent Situation - Thread 2

This a new thread, previous thread has been closed and the issue has yet to be resolved. My account is still not linked to my email account and I have emailed the Support GraalOnline team multiple times.

Staff members have not yet done anything or even replied to any of my emails regarding this situation.
I had everything set out for this graaloween but I didn't get my account linked back to my email so I guess I have to skip graaloween.

There's really no point starting a thread for that. You can message an administrator or wait for the ticket to be responded. Restarting this thread is against the rule, as a gentle reminder.

I have messaged and emailed administrators about the issue. I restarted the thread because my previous one has been closed even though the issue hasn't been resolved yet.

The same thing has happened to me - I've had PRA's ask management multiple times about it... the only thing I've heard is that I should stop sending tickets because they "don't know why" and "can't help".
It's a tragedy what this game has come to.
