Well as a few months after fishing has been released. I have suggested we make them edible (fishes are also food supplies in rl). Where you can cook them, but once you cook them they can no longer be sold for gralats. (The cooking option could be at the same place you sell fish, there could be a secondary tab that gives u option of how many you would like to cook)
Maybe small fishes heal 10 hp and the rare ones heal 40 or something. Use them as food supplies.

It would actually be cool if we were able to cook items to make them food, and the healing amount will be depending on what you cook. It would work alike the Zelda: BOTW cooking system.
It seems like an okay idea, but overall it wouldn't be very useful. It'd take way too long for what you end up with.
