I recently just came back from a break and the bar is horrible, the fire rate is so slow, the god damn pdw is better than the bar, can someone fill me in on what was changed on the bar and if anything is going to be done or they are just leaving it.

Bar was nerfed for "balancing" and it's never coming back to its original state

Cuz I have an Ice claw and I noticed now it has a shadow warp effect, but before, I remembered it didnt have any effects

That would be called a buff.

The BAR has been nerfed for months and is most likely going to stay that way.
