An idea for an exotic coin item.

I have an idea of the next exotic gun, it will be based off winter. The name of the gun will be related to winter or something, I will call it "winter staff" the gun stats are here
Stats:
-Fast rate of fire like flamethrower
-8 damage
-have spread like bar
-Freeze 5
Special effect:
-Every time you hit someone they will run extremely slow and take damage at the same time
-gun can make an ice shield to protect from bullets

Will the "old" items like the x75 armour and the renegade blade be available for purchase this Christmas, even if new items are introduced?
