    Include it in VIP?

    Or since its a GANG house make it so the leader can toggle whether others can edit furniture and stuff. Others can add furniture and move it around.

    Now this is a nice idea. The gang house will be packed with furniture if everyone in the gang can contribute. Ofcourse there should be something that allows people to edit only their own furniture so there's no stealing

    Or there could be a new type of house like a gang house called a mansion or large house, which you can have public while the gang house is still just for your gang

    Yea, thats the problem. It could be though you have to pay a certain amount, such as like 500 or 1k gralats instead
