Identification Problem

So I wanted to give a friend access to my account; however, it didn't work out so well. As I got the email and clicked, it didn't just direct me to the page that says identification was successful, but rather the same design page but it says I need to insert in the computer id, verification code, and email. I though this wouldn't be a problem because all that info is within the email sent to me from the app. But after I put the info in and submit, it keeps saying error; can anyone help?

You probably shouldn't give account access to other people regardless of who they are.

This is happening to a lot of people at the moment there is something wrong with the website i guess you will just have to wait till it gets fixed.

I gave my friend access to my acc. I didn't want him getting into my acc anymore so I pressed revoke access.
