I have heard in the past that you cannot change your email too often. My email completely shut down on me. I cannot get emails from it now. Is there anyway I can switch my email? If not then I won't be able to access my account.

Maybe under very slim circumstances. I lost my best account because they wouldn't let me swap it.

It's possible, but it's a small hassle. It happened for me a while back when the email I used to identify was deleted. I submitted a ticket and sent an email. Forgot the exact email address though.Originally Posted by Dolloway

Yea you need to contact a pra, and you have a low chance it happening.
From what i know the email address can only be changed if the email address was a school/business email that got deleted, but yeah no clue tbh
