About 5 years ago I had his accept named Reghammer under my old school email I was a red bear with the Halloween Jester hat , this was my first acc and one day a guy tricked me to let him into my acc back then I didn't know about revoke so I got a admin involved and he jailed my acc for 2k hours and release date at 1991 I finally revoked him but I didn't get unbanned because this was my old school email I can't go onto my mail to allow my account ik there's a way to change emails because my friend did it am I able to change it onto the anther email?

you can't submit a ticket unless you can verify and identify your graal account by clicking a link sent to your email. how did you do it?

Oh, I guess that's new, I didn't have to do that. I just put in my email and it sent me to a page asking me to specify.
