She always makes trouble and speaks rudely to people and when they slap her she would suddenly turn herself into a victim to show them back

I’m so sorry this happened to you, and it was not taken care of. The PR team is hardcore about evidence in game, and being able to prove (in-game) what has happened so we can take care of it.
