Gift limit???

So basically I bought 825 red gifts for a noob acc I made and started giving the gifts to myself... but then after a while it says that I can't send more! Why is that? Why is there a limit of gifs I can have? I spent alot of money on these gifts and I'd like to be able to get what I paid for... NOT JUST SOME OF IT D':

Also, in the past there wasn’t a limit and when someone reaches it the other presents get deleted automatically
