Also, in the past there wasn’t a limit and when someone reaches it the other presents get deleted automatically

Maybe its like if you have 7 presents (for example) you have a 20% of getting an exotic coin but if you have 643 presents then you still only have a 20% chance but you just have more presents? Idk if that makes sense but oh well.
