I'm 99.999% sure he didn't say something like that, he is not the manager now, so its not related to him. I don't know why you're asking for more. From what I've noticed recently, there was more than decent amounts of free EC.
Anyways, I don't think this thread is going to change anything, don't expect free EC so often, they should be hard to get and should be earned.

It used to be like 3 times a day sometimes. That was just wayyyy too much. And it is not once a year anymore, it’s at a really nice once or twice a month. I feel like that’s actually a really nice frequency.

No, I cannot. But it definitely isn’t only once a year seeing as I’ve been back since August and seen maybe 4 of them. And I’ve been told I missed at least a couple of them. Maybe leans towards only once a month, but I do still like how it is now.
