Oh sht similar things have happened to me before. I’ve been having sleep paralysis for years and hallucinations happened for just a short period of time. Prob cuz of stress

Forgot to mention that hallucinations happened during / after sleep paralysis but not a lot

Fine, I will say one that happened recently because I have a really crappy memory and can't recall anything that occurred a week ago and so on.

So my niece, 5(?) was sleeping at home and I was watching Pewdiepie videos at my living room. It was dark, all of a sudden I see something on the floor slithering its way towards me. I didn't see any legs or hands, just hair. Then it turned out to be my niece so I got mad and told her to not scare me. I went to my room to drop my phone and when I was walking back to the living room, I remembered that I didn't see her face and what if I saw a demon? So I was looking at the ground because I went to drop my phone really quick, because my house is small. So I didn't find her on the floor, and I was questioning reality. I turned the lights on and it took me a while to find her.
We have some folded blankets stacked and to the side there she was. It was hard to see her because the shadow the blankets cast. Anyways, I got two mini heart attacks from that.
