I think it’s dangerous to suddenly quit smoking cigarettes. Not sure about weed lol
Afaik, it's dangerous to suddenly stop drinking, but not smoking. Smoking just causes unpleasant withdrawal symptoms which aren't dangerous to ur health. And idk abiut weed either
